I have seen clips on youtube & think it's a good show might need a bit more professional presenting but good on them

Maybe the thought of being broadcast nationally will make them think about smartening up their act and presenting a slicker, more professional product.

Or it could just go to their heads.

There’s no such thing as bad publicity, just free publicity.   Ask Michael O’Leary.

Whilst Rugby AM doesn’t do much to dispel the Northern M62 Corridor image, it is a genuine attempt to produce a magazine show with content that means something to the fans.   It’s better than Boots n All.

As said previously, with some minor adjustments and some heavy bias towards a National flavour and it could do RL the world of good.   Would be nice to see the London BBC radio RL commentator as a presenter, and the very title of the show simply using the word ‘Rugby’ could catch the neutral viewer on Freesports who then gets to see what entertainment our sport has to offer.

Ask Gerald Ratner while you’re at it.

I would like to see this.

unfotunately my Freeview reception of Freesport is intermittent at best.  It comes and goes.  Others channels ok but no Freesport yesterday.

I don't get that.  I even followed forum advice and bookmarked rugbyL on TV and now see I'll miss TWP match replays on Mondays! Ratner indeed!

Whilst publicity is generally good i'm afraid in this instance this show does the game no favours what so ever. The content is awful, its poorly produced and worst of all the presenters are rank amateur with zero presenting skills who sound thick as pig ###t. Boots n all was cringeworthy at times, this show is cringworthy all the time.

I've just tried a channel retune on my TV and the channel has disappeared altogether. Oh never mind, I'm not that bothered. It could be my signal that's not up to much where I live.

Rugby AM is not to bad at all I enjoy it , This thread how ever once again shows just how out of step with the average RL fan a high percentage of TRL users are .

Would be great if he was able to anounceate Rugby AM properly, as now he completely forgets the A.

Oh no. With the increased exposure less people will get out of the house to socialise and discuss rugby league.

In all seriousness, from what I’ve seen on YouTube it’s a fun show. Best of luck to them.

Surely, this is a good thing?  Maybe this 3 year deal will encourage advertising, more money and better production.

Reaching millions of homes is all good as far as I’m concerned.

Typical RL "fans".

A potential huge new audience and all some do is moan!

To be fair, just because we are RL fans doesnt mean we have to like this show.

It's a TV programme about RL Dave. It's compulsory to like it or you're just another moaning git.
