I think swift was saying lineham was holding him away from the play

"Nothing that prevented a try being scored" says Stuart.

Good to know we're playing that tonight.

Swift was 'materially disadvantaged' - the sort of thing where the video ref disallows the try.

When you see what some ‘ obstructions ‘ are called by the VR especially .Certainly worth an appeal

Yes good consistency in interpretation! but Stuart will usually end up backing the decision

I rate Clark certainly as an attacker , very dangerous threat out of dummy half and a go to man  in that position .Whether the instructions he plays to and how the team he’s playing in are set up to suit him are something else . I thought he showed up well early season in a side struggling for points and he’s in the top three with Hodgson and roby

Beautiful half back play .. and a hattrick for  the guy who must still be thinking  ...I’m better than him Wayne

But it's what Wayne thinks that matters. And he thinks that Bateman is the best Centre we have, even though he isn't a centre.

I wonder what Percival said when they went round the players in confidence ?
