I'm hoping its a good crowd as I'll be there with the wife!

I understand the Programmes have been improved at YCK as well :)

I wish you well mate . Should be confident. Even at different levels confidence and lack of it can be a big factor and they look pretty down especially away from home. Be another big PR boost for the league if you give them a hard day

I would love you to be right. But I would be astounded if York beat Catalans.

So tickets have been booked and can't wait for Widnes vs Coventry Bears. I'm not expecting any great surprises but would love to see the Bears score a few. Ultimately this game is about the journey the Bears have been on since the club was formed 20 years ago.

As an aside the Bear Necessities podcast have done a preview of this historic game and managed to secure an interview with Widnes legend Kurt Sorensen!

Bradford will be taking 2250/2500 to Warrington on Saturday.

I can't see it myself. Plenty of people will be working on Saturday, me included. Plus people will be playing in amateur games.

Might have had that number if the game was played on Sunday. Seems a strange decision to play on the Saturday because I can't find it listed for televising.

Warrington have a game on the following Friday and requested that the game be moved forward 24 hours.

Fair enough, probably cost them a few grand though.

Wire are one of the (probably) few clubs that can take that without too much stress, the down side from a Bradford pov is it'll be a couple of £k less back to the Bulls..

We seem to be bending over backwards to do other clubs a favour these days. Probably paying back a few previous favours.

I'm really torn.

My natural choice would be to go to the Fev game. I expect a very competitive game, even a decent risk of a Donny win.

On the other hand, I've always had a soft spot for York and really, really want them to have a good crack at a very poor Catalan side.

Club loyalty or glamour game.  I really can't decide.

Marginally surprised, tbh. I can't imagine they will need a full strength side to come out on top against a league 1 side and Sunday to Friday (or even Thursday) is a normal rotational situation in SL. In any case, JK has also spoken about 'not risking' players, so it's likely we'll not be at full strength anyway, what with injuries and suspension. To be honest, Donny next week is a far more important game to us.
