Interesting to hear whether it’s just an idea that’s been discussed or part of a long term plan that will be put into place over the next 3-5 years. The concept is that there are some relatively big clubs in small nations that have outgrown their domestic league. Therefore, there should be the possibility for the best amateur in Europe to compete, so they are not limited to e.g. Serbia, Greece or Germany. Everything else is in draft and up for discussion.
