Bulldogs v Eagles MOM thread shield game

Recommended Posts

Bulldogs at home as they take on Sheffield Eagles for the 3rd time this season looking to secure another 2 pts which should make 7th place their own and now cant finish lower than 8th with just 2 games remaining after this one

Its looking like its going to be a forward that wins the player of the season with top 4 places all been forwards

Please vote for your Bulldogs' Man of the Match after Sundays  game. This is open to opposition and neutral supporters at the game as well as Bulldogs supporters.

Voting will be open till Saturday after the game to allow the ones that don't get there but get the DVD of the game to have chance to watch and vote

1st, 2nd & 3rd choices  please

Brambani - for the dummy and under pass in the first half for the try, as well as for the three or four times he put his body on the line in defence against Yere.

Campbell - Hard to argue with a hat trick

Galbraith - Seems to have found some real confidence with Campbell on his outside

Lots of others too, Smeaton especially, Brown and Davey so was a tough pick this week!

Very difficult choice, but for getting them on the front foot in the first place I'll go

Davey

Brambani

then eeniy meeny miny mo

Day.

Which seems unfair on Manning, Cambell, Galbraith and others.

interesting that Matt Diskin mentioned Davey as having a really good game against his 'future club'....on radio leeds

and James Brown 'blowing out of his ar#e' when scoring his try....

😏

Campbell

Manning

Brambani

but great performances all over - Brown, Davey, Scott, etc etc

massive team performance, and what we’ve been missing for half the season (two wingers)

Your last line hits the nail on the head. Having two proper wingers really makes a difference, both with their pace and their willingness to do tough yards out of defence.

Apologies for the thread digression.

Very tough as this was as close to the perfect team performance as I've seen all season even the Tolouse win.

Brambani

Galbraith

Smeaton

Thought Manning, JC and Davey all stood out too

Interesting how Davey was given mom at the game but has a very low score in 5th place here. I thought Dom was going to be announced the winner but JD got the nod.
