Wire to announce new signing tomorrow.

Recommended Posts

Warrington have announced they will reveal a star signing at the new shirt launch. Rumours of Kevin Brown going to london so may be a halfback.

Mamo? Didn't Price confirm his interest.

Yes he and drinkwater are doing the rounds in Warrington,  Malmo or drinkwater would be good signings.looks like Price is finally putting his own stamp on the side. So all he has to do is improve on last season.

Hopefully we don't miss the opportunity to do the presser at Ikea.

Journalists seem pretty confident that it’s not Drinkwater, so presumably it’ll be Mamo.

Still a bit shocked that Drinkwater hasn’t been sorted yet unless a side is planning on move a player or two before they can officially announce him.

Agree. Josh is a good player. Shocked he's not been picked up as yet.

Mamo would provide good cover in the outside backs but is he fit?

The use of the phrase star signing is interesting!

Does he need to be fit? I say that because it sounds like Warrington want a replacement for Mitch Brown, who covered a few positions and Mamo probably fits that bill, so he probably won’t be playing week in, week out like he was expected of at Huddersfield.

Well they're never going to say average signing. Before his injury he played very well, but after his injury he started showings glimpses and at mid twenties he is definitely not past it.

I get that but after building some anticipation, I’d expect most fans would be underwhelmed by it! Still, he’ll do a job and his pace is certainly an asset

I’m told that’s it now, no one else to come.

If Mamo can keep fit he can be superb. Big IF.

That said he was fit at the back end of last season and couldn't get into the side.

Good luck to him, didn't have any luck with the Giants so I hope he can settle at Wire
