I think this round of fixtures just shows how competitive this league is.  For me there's only one outcome that looks pretty certain and that's Fax beating Batley.  All the rest look to be in the balance.  So with no real confidence...

Bulls

Vikings

Dewsbury

Fax

Fev

York

Going to the Thunder vs Oldham and Wolfpack vs Widnes double header on Saturday and looking forward to the second game almost as much as the first. I think it should be a very close and with no ties to Toronto or Widnes I'll just be able to enjoy the game rather than pulling hair out or suffering heart failure. My prediction, I'll go Toronto by 2.

No choice for TO13, a big win is the only result possible. Anything else will be unacceptable to a club looking for a top five place. Confidence will be low and players looked knackered after the latest defeat to a good Vikings side.

Toronto v Widnes should be a cracker.

If you consider Sky as a whole to be pay per view, Sky Sports Arena (CH408) is just part of the sports pack and the same chanel all the super league games have been on this season.

All home wins with the exception of Bradford at Sheffield, but Toronto - Widnes should be close. Incidentally, the people of Green Bay must think that Canadians are a load of wimps switching the match to Blighty - the Packers have sold out games when it's -20 and snowing!

Toronto the home team but not playing in Canada due to the abundance of snow at this time of year. I don't think they play a game in Canada until April or something.

Nice to see that almost everyone seems to think we'll win, but we don't exactly have a great record against Barrow. Will be tough.

I’m feeling positive about this game as a circuit breaker to a couple of tough results.

Why ?

- The training partnership day and evening in Paris with the Sydney Roosters 🐔 ahead of the World Club Challenge against Wigan was apparently awesome.  Trent Robinson spoke great words of wisdom and inspiration to all. A very generous occasion with the World’s best ( we’ll see )

- Rochdale is a team that Toulouse will never forget for beating them in League 1.  So they thought Toronto was painful.  Nothing less than a 50 point gd would be acceptable. 100 points and a record for the Championship would be nice, but realistically unlikely.  ( Sorry Hornets 🐝 - the boys are motivated after a slow start )

- Toulouse need a big win to start their season

Past results mean nothing now. It will be tough, but whatever, previous results don't count.
