White Knight Posted February 18, 2019 Share Posted February 18, 2019 Last season we opened with a home defeat against the favourites for the title but went on to win all our remaining league games at BC. This season we opened with another defeat, also to the favourites for the title, although we ran them pretty close. Is there a pattern emerging, I wonder? Dont get me wrong, I am not for one minute suggesting that it will be easy - far from it. But BC has proved to be our fortress and we do play incredibly well there. On our past two home showings, I’d fancy our chances against any of the teams we have still to play. One game at a time, though. Beer and York Knights. But so far big wins against Barrow, Fax, and an impressive defeat of Leigh further undermines what a fortress BC has become for the Knights. Beer and York Knights.
