Well, if Catalans can beat St Helens, then we... nah, probably not.

May I be the first to be original ... it’s a derby , form goes out the window .

Saints by quite a few

It isn't a derby, it's a Derby (just to annoy fans of other clubs).

It isn't a Derby, it is THE Derby.

Well, there is the horse race at Epsom to consider, so it really is A Derby.

Lord Derby gave his name to it, so it is the only other Derby in the world.

On form this should be, to borrow a term from John Kear, a shellacking. But I just have a feeling Wigan will rise to the occasion. I'm not feeling quite bold enough to predict a Wigan win, but I think they will make it a difficult afternoon for Saints.

Whenever Saints beat Wigan, it's generally a very close affair. When Wigan beat Saints, it's usually a comfortable win.

Wigan will be absolutely determined not to be on the end of a hiding (which some fear). Our win last weekend and the manner of it will gave put Wigan on a heightened sense of alert. They have got a few bodies back and will throw everything at this game. I think you will see a much stronger Wigan defence by comparison to recent weeks.

I think we'll win, but I think it will be a mighty tough game, with us maybe edging it by a score or so.

I'll go Wigan 10 - 17 St Helens.

Always nice to beat them and more so on Good Friday after about eight or nine years of either being miles off them or having injuries to key players. Form alone would suggest an away win, however Wigan have some returnees and Sean O’Loughlin goes from being barely able to move to becoming Superman on Good Friday.

Potentially ten points clear of 6th should we win and other results go our way.

Wigan mascots doing the "Joining Jack". Good crowd. Sun shining.

Plenty to complain about, I'm sure.
