  1. Hi G, I haven't taken part in the Comp. for a few seasons but I wish you all good luck this morning. I would like to remember our friends from previous Comps RIP I am sure they will be sat together somewhere looking down, waiting for kick off and discussing what will happen in the GF of 2022. Maybe BR family will add his name to the Memorial Wall at Wigan. Well done again on another successful season G, you keep the Comp going each season, thank you.
  2. And of course Tommy Leuluai will be back at Wigan at the end of the season.......first to play then moving into a Coaching role. Welcome home Tommy.
  3. FPN to Wigan with immediate effect, 3 and half yr deal.
  4. On The Unofficial Wigan Warriors Fan page on facebook there is information re: Terry's funeral and his dad Tony is asking for family flowers only, but any donations can be made through the family to the Butterflies Charity which Terry was apparently a supporter of. I think Butterflies is a Wigan based Childrens Charity.
  5. I'm sure Rob would prefer to get back closer to home after losing his brother in such tragic circumstance, so that he can be closer to home to offer support to his family. Our thoughts and feelings are with you and your extended family Rob.
  6. No such thing as a draw anymore in a Final, that's why we have Golden Points!!!
  7. Oh my good grief!! Get a grip?!!! There isn't such a thing as a 'special' anything!!! You simply get on the train and hope for the best!!!! Everyone books their seats/places but still you will always find someone is sat in your seat willing to give you a fight, which means you need to negotiate!
  8. Plus i suppose this posting should have been titled " St Helens against Bradford Bulls" not " St Helens against Bardford Bulls"?
  9. Yes, but i still think your Stadium is a pile of ######!! And as much as i love the old stadia, we all have to move on and improve if we want to survive! It's nice to occassionally reminisce!
  10. Attended every home, away and Cup match (including Wembley!) in the 80's and 90's and also took my nephews with me. What a brilliant time we had as Wigan fans, experiencing all those different grounds/fans, you will never have the same experience again. Some beautiful, old Stadium, standing areas, very few seating areas, but enormous amounts of atmosphere!!! Our new Stadia will never compete with the old, rickety stadium!!!
  11. What an absolute pile of ###### that ground is!!! You can only get better!!!!!!!!!
  12. If you are asking the question, then you surely aren't a 'true' RL fan?!!!! I have been to the CC Final for the last 25yrs+, whichever venue it has been played. No matter which teams are playing. But that is the beauty and pleasure of it, all fans/clubs getting together for the wk end and celebrating all that is R.L and R.L friendship?!!
  13. Can you see that plane up in the sky?? Well , i will be on 1 very soon going back home!! Thank goodness, i will be out of my misery soon???!!!!
  14. I suggested something similar to Wigan 2 yrs ago cos i follow the NRL so obviously i see/hear many ideas for family events etc But as you can see, nothing happened!!!
