WELCOME
... to our third tipping competition the season.

Everyone reading this is welcome to enter this weekly competition which runs throughout the season.
Whether you've taken part before or you fancy having a go this season for the first time you're guaranteed a warm welcome.

It's great to have new entrants this year already, welcome along and enjoy the fun!
Entries are allowed each week up until the kick off of the first game in the round

NB This round's first game is again on THURSDAY

ROUND 3 QUESTIONS:

*Poll Competition: 
How many teams altogether will score 30 points or more in NRL Round 3?
- enter in the poll itself at the top and put your answer in your posting. 
The poll is anonymous so we can't give you credit unless it is in your predictions post.

Now the main event of the week:

*Match tipping Competition:
Name the 8 (that's EIGHT) winning teams in NRL Round 3


*Points Competition
How many points will be scored by all the teams added together in R3?
This is a competition in itself and will act as a tie breaker for the match tipping comp if necessary. This is used as the decider when necessary so do give it a go.


*HOME Win Competition: 
How many HOME wins will there be in NRL R3?

In rounds where the game is on the road and played at a neutral venue, the team named first in the fixture will be regarded as the home team for the purposes of this competition.

Animated awards will be given for the winner(s) of each competition question.
Match tipping scores will be added together as the season progresses to produce a Tipsters' Ladder which is pinned to the top of the forum topic list page

Anyone else get this message when they click from page to page? I'm getting it constantly.

Yes, it has been a problem this week for everyone. I contacted the site admin and they have posted a message about it at the top of the site menu.

It's a false warning that they are addressing but which takes some days to be put right. In the meantime they hav posted a way round it. The site is as safe as it always though.

I will be away from the computer on Monday and for a few days. I will be back for R4 but have already posted the R4 comp early so as to cover this.

Please feel free to do any summarising you can folk. I'll update anything as necessary when I return to the keyboard.

 

NB the tradition on here is that on the rare occasion that a match is drawn, we class it as a correct tip for all the tipsters.

So in the Knights Raiders drawn game, we all get a point!

 

So far then with Manly vs Cronulla still to play

 

Winners:

Cowboys, Eels, Panthers, Titans, Storm and Dragons - Draw Kni/Rai counts as a correct tip
