so what the hell happened to the York guy who did a dangerous (spear) tackle in the 1st half and what about the guy who took out Marwood right at the end of the game ????

These referees and the whole disciplinary system are a total joke

Lee Morton

We need to punish foul play and I have no objection to Danny being suspended IF he was guilty of this offence, but Morty is right an equally bad tackle took place in the first half which hasn't even been looked at.  From where I was stood the tackle made by Morrow looked hard but legal, obviously the camera angle viewed for evidence purposes suggested otherwise, but if it picked up Morrow's indiscretion why didn't they spot the player who clumped him leading to him having to be helped from the field with concussion.

There is awful inconsistency with the RFL systems, big David Taylor from Catalan was charged with not one but two offences both of them in the same bracket as that of Morrow's, his punishment for those two offences in the same game just one match, something is seriously wrong with the processes, the lesson for Championship players is a simple one, if you've committed a chargeable offence make sure you commit another it's the only way to get off.

Did anyone get the opportunity to watch any of the magic weekend games.  In the Hull derby Shaun Lunt was penalied for a dangerous throw on Watts, it was an awful tackle for which he has been charged, the exact same charge as Morrow.  Lunt has admitted the offence and his punishment for this early plea is no further action, is there a different standard for Super League?
