  1. Old men arguing over newspapers in 2024 I've seen it all now
  2. That's it, it's usually 2 blokes though come on be fair It's the same as what Hull KR used to do not so long ago though, although I doubt many KR fans will remember much before 2008
  3. To be fair, we sold out of the 36 tickets we put on sale last week
  4. Sold out could mean anything if you want it to look and seem good. Fair play to rovers, although I jest, they're obviously doing something right, it's just weird that they wouldn't want to publish these so called sold out crowds.
  5. Seem to remember Either St Helens or Warrington playing them in one of the cups, could be wrong though
  6. Far, far too many to mention. Recently, though England v Samoa at Arsenal, was an absolute joy to attend. I was at that Wakey v Fev game as a neutral.
  7. Only Hull KR know that they are sold out. Huddersfield could claim they have sold out too in all fairness.
  8. Yep, Emley, a 9th tier football club received £9,600 for their run to the quarter final of the vase. That's more than any of the super league clubs will receive for losing in the quarter final of the challenge cup Absolute madness.
  9. True, the new ground would be 600 yards away from Derbyshire, but still nearer to Dronfield than Sheffield
  10. Isn't that a good crowd for Halifax? certainly above their average and I'd guess Catalans would have had their usual 4 supporters too?
  11. 5 regulars, including myself were at Barton Town v Emley at 2pm on Saturday. Baffling.
  12. I presume you mean Sheffield United and not Sheffield as they are quite comfortably mid table in the Northern Premier League Div 1 East, easy mistake to make when there's only 5 clubs (pro and semi pro) in the city* . *= the irony being that Sheffield FC, the worlds oldest football club don't play in the city, or even in Yorkshire at all but in Dronfield, Derbyshire
