Any other existing players on contracts longer than one year?

Good signings but a familiar pattern is already emerging.

What we're dealing with here is a complete lack of respect for the law

Half backs are an optional extra BTJ.

Sport, amongst other things, is a dream-world offering escape from harsh reality and the disturbing prospect of change.

Probably, but l quite like it when we find out one by one.

Yeah me too, if they just dumped a list on the Website it wouldn't be half the fun.

I'd sign Southernwood again and who's better than Leatherbarrow on our money? Nicholson is the other key player imo

Rowe is a must and probably Ainscough. Don't really know who I wouldn't offer on again but someone will have to go as we need some new faces to improve. Does anyone know of players who are already contracted I.e. signed longer than 1 year last year.

I think he has been ok, though not sure that centre is where he is most effective. Either wing or full back for me. I would be happy with this whole squad signed on with three additional signings, a specialist experienced half back, a specialist centre and a utility back. Campbell or Hirst to captain.

If the rumour of ainscough being our highest earner is true id of hoped the 6, 9, 7, 13 pivots would of been a dearer prospect.

Wheelbarra I mean leatherbarrow is destined for york or hunslet I hope

'Shaw cross juniors, Birkenshaw, Mirfield, Heckmondwike Panthers, Stainland Stags and then the Heavy woolen donkeys... WARDY, STOZZA, GT, KARL OR KEAR MUST OF DROPPED A DIGIT FROM MY MOBILE NUMBER! :clapping:

Sorry PM cannot agree with you on this one our halves are creating very little and the Halifax halves made them look ordinary. And if we play next season without change where is the leader for us that our team really needs. Throughout the team we lack creativity and I do acknowledge that injuries have not been kind to us. Oh for a John Carroll type loose forward. Or a Thomlinson, Pickeril, Handforth, Lawford in the halves. We need a good playmaker !. And on signing players even on loan I hope we are not going into the all important 8,s without adding to our back strength which is wafer thin. Heard today Ulugla is out for the foreseeable future.

i have to agree, wheelbarrow way too slow, no idea at creating and cost us two try's on sunday, need a good proper play maker, people say tiger too old now for championship level, but i totally disagree,he can run and organise any team he plays in, & someone like tiger is what we need, our half backs are no way fast enough or have the proper tools for this level and cost us more and more games each week, would definatly be looking to improve that position fast, IMO of course

So all you need is a bigger budget than this year. How do you propose to make that happen?

Just our luck to lose Ulugia, as he looked promising. Although I rated Handforth when he was with us, he didn't do much for Keighley last season. I just don't know who we could get. Perhaps Grimmer from Hunslet would be useful behind our pack or Brambani if Sheffield have done with him?

We have a squad that has massively underperformed this season no matter how the season finishes from here on, so id expect one or two more to re-sign and then a big clear out of the rest.

Unless a new coach is coming in for next year who can get more out of them.

Brambani is rumoured to have an offer from Fev on the table.

So can we will have Moore back then......he was a bit like Marzipan.......but I liked him.....
