WELCOME

Everyone reading this is welcome to enter this weekly competition which runs throughout the season.
Whether you've taken part before or you fancy having a go this season for the first time you're guaranteed a warm welcome.
Entries are allowed each week up until the kick off of the first game in the round
NB Remember this round's first game is on THURSDAY!!!

ROUND 6 QUESTIONS:

*Poll Competition:
Let's switch last weeks poll round - this week:
Which game will produce the biggest margin of victory in Round 6?
that's the where the difference in the two teams scores is biggest.
- enter in the poll itself at the top and put your answer in your posting.

Now the main event of the week:

*Match tipping Competition:
Name the 8 (that's EIGHT) winning teams in NRL Round 6

*Points Competition
How many points will be scored by all the teams added together in R6?
This is a competition in itself and will act as a tie breaker for the match tipping comp if necessary. This is used as the decider when necessary so do give it a go.

*AWAY Win Competition:
How many AWAY wins will there be in NRL R6?

In rounds where the game is on the road and played at a neutral venue, the team named first in the fixture will be regarded as the home team for the purposes of this competition.

Fixtures:

Animated awards will be given for the winner(s) of each competition question.
Match tipping scores will be added together as the season progresses to produce a Tipsters' Ladder which is pinned to the top of the forum topic list page

The best of luck to everyone.

Ganging up now are we? RLW you have to know Barney is as sharp as a razor once he has woken up from his hibernation, apart from when he takes his mid season siestas. He just loves to twist the knife in.

I have to keep putting these deliberate mistakes in to see if anyone is awake.

You need to polish your lucky pin Barney to make it work better.

Good luck this round to both .........

BY THE WAY...

I'm away from the PC again from Sunday so I can't wrap this up on Monday as usual.

I will update this and other appropriate threads  when I can in the week.

I'll post the Round 7 tipping comp today - early that is.

Hope there aren't any deliberate mistakes in it.

Match Tipping:

The tie breaker was needed this week as we had 3 joint topscorers with 5/8 Southstander13(+28)JimBronco(5) and Farmduck (+9)

Nearest to the points total decided as usual. As you can see from the bracketted figures above closest

and therefore this week's champion tipster is FARMDUCK

Points Total: There were just 297 points scored in this round. Our winner here again this week is RabbitRhinoOz (+3)
The Away Win comp wast won this week by BobBruce predicted there's be 4  away wins.
Our Poll Comp was wasn't won this week as nobody correctly tipped the Eels/Raiders game wouldproduce the biggest winning margin of points.

Animated awards will be presented to this week's winners as soon as I've been able to create them.
Our Round 7 tipping competition has already been postede.

Congratulations to our  top scorers this week  Southstander13JimBronco and Farmduck

Thanks to everyone who took part and for your patience in waiting for the results to be posted.
