For those that don't use Facebook:

"I understand a number of fans have had threatening legal letters from Stephen Bayliss.... Jason Mcgill and YCFCs Lawyer re defamation action and threats to sue for defamation etc this tactic is often used to try to silence those who criticise/question people with money and power.

It appears Simon Hall, had provided copies of facebook posting to YCFC for them to take action.. so be careful and stick to the truth, its clearly getting to them and are going to extreme lengths to gag/threaten everyone not only me but the fans now and we all no why.

From what i have seen, you have no need to worry about this as most of your comments can be backed up as true. Its just then trying to cover up the facts like COYC. The truth will get out and the nets closing in. We wanted to warn others who might otherwise fall foul of their devious antics and that if you keep to the facts you will be okay.

Like the council they work on the basis that perception is more powerful than facts - anyone who challenges them will be discredited, gagged, bullied, or ignored. They should be a public enquiry on the who flawed stadium project as it appears to me to be corrupted and costing taxpayers of york millions more than it should be.

Unfortunately, the Council/YCFC will never recognise or acknowledge the truth because the whole project is based on lies. They will always close ranks and find a innocent scapegoat to blame if you try to speak the truth.

The council and YCFC are running a cartel at the detriment to the Knights plus its a clear abuse of power, its unacceptable behavior but we've come to expect nothing less.

He's already deleted nigh on 10 posts questioning him following the post and blocked those who don't agree with him, including screen shots of where he's threatened some of us with legal action several times previously.

Time to go now and I think he knows it hence the trip down memory lane and trying to take others down with him.
