Rugby League Collecting Dealers

Recommended Posts

Someone was asking about this on another thread, so perhaps a separate thread for dealers to post their details could be useful.

I don't have any kind of list other than this list taken from another forum about dealer stall-holders at a recent collectors' fair.

Some names I recognise and some I don't.

Andrew Pinfield (Halifax)

Andy Wheelwright (Former RLCF partner)

Andrew Hardcastle (Halifax)

Steve Gaunt

Geoff Craven

Tony Sheldon (Rochdale)

Paul Hicks (Wakefield)

Steve Boswell

Richard Hobson (Rochdale)

Tony Lazenby (Leeds, former Yorkshire programmes)

Scratching Shed

Vertical Editions

London League Publications

I don't think anyone produces a catalogue anymore and Im not sure if anyone runs a website following the closure of www.rugby-league-world.com which was run by Richard bailey of the RLCF.

I suppose most dealers will now be on ebay.

Please post any info here.

Use to use Gardenia Press a lot (20 years ago), but then when they became bigger their prices rocketed

Rugbyrelics.com have a selection of mainly Finals, Semi Finals, Internationals and a few club programmes

sportspages.com have a small selection of RL books and memorabilia

Harry Edgar and the RL Journal also have progs for sale

footballzone.co.uk have a selection of club programmes, though RL and RU are in the same section of a mainly football memorabilia website

As a coincidence maybe - had a email from Glyn Jones over the weekend with a listing of programmes for sale

Think I purchased something from him on ebay - not sure if he is a dealer or not, but his listing was sizeable. Not sure if he's on this forum

PM me if you need contact details

Have you posted this in the wrong thread as it's just not relevant to the rest of this thread. Or is it just an unnecessary dig?

Sorry thought it was a bit of banter to do with CCF.lesson learned.
