  1. Unusual of me to bet on a Leigh win at 4-1. Not won a competitive game away at Warrington since 1987 and what a game that was. Im keeping the faith. I think Wire are too strong, but I don’t think they will have it their own way.
  2. Won’t be unreserved seating so should only be half of the Block in the East Stand Col. If it’s Hudds, then ample room for the drummer and the away fans
  3. I stand corrected although Marshall may hold the badges. Let’s hope they don’t attack like that on depleted Leigh on Sat
  4. The level I’m hoping you go back too is Leigh’s level so we can bring you back down to Earth with a bump on Sat Well played Wire. Saints don’t offer much to me and have scraped through a lot of games by great defence. Williams pulled the strings and had Saints disjointed left and right throughout the second half. Special mention to Richard Marshall who no doubt puts together most of Warringtons attacking structures. As a team a blooding the kids through, Burgess is fearless in making the final team call. A big well done from a currently sombre Leyther exiled in Warrington
  5. Warrington will need a plan B to trouble Saints away. If they do this, they have a chance as Wire have the quicker back line.
  6. Am I missing something, or have you won something in the past 2 seasons? If not, you do lose games ! Good luck in the Semis !
  7. Well done Hudds. Great win and always seem to perform in France. Certainly flip flopping in regards to the performances last season
  8. Play like that in the Semi like you did in the first half, forget Wembley. Once you get into gear, you are good to watch but any team with speed on the fringes will have you I’m afraid. If I was a coach, I would have my pack run at Lewis and Whitbread all day. Both can’t tackle a dinner !
  9. It will hot up in the semi final for sure. Leigh’s fitness nowhere near that of last years but pleased overall with the discipline and the attacking prowess. Defensively over the 80 mins, not that of a top SL team. Saints and Wigan on the other hand ? Good luck to HKR. I am a huge supporter of the underdog and I hope one of them or Hudds go all the way
  10. He certainly was. Even in the twilight of his career, he was an absolute pain in the backside to tackle. Very strong and in my opinion one of the World Best EVER !
  11. He wasn’t really ‘Downtown’ though was he as quoted by the ref. The lazy sod didn’t even retire behind the ptb, therefore should have no involvement in the play whatsoever. He would have had more use being a traffic light on the Humber Bridge on that play, never mind following play being within 10 meters ! At least Hanley retired behind the ptb. Shaun Edwards was the same.
  12. Quite correct as I only realised after I typed that he hadn’t retired when the ball was played. Bloody madness and amateurish. His next training session needs to a rules lesson on Rugby league and it needs to be with some posters on here with the sounds of it.
  13. Well done HKR. Green shoots for Leigh who will be better with Asiata and Ipape back. Prefer Moylan at FB but we are a side who lack pace but with more consistency, we will be fine. Thought both sides playing with wind behind played pants
