12.30 is the time the plane is due to fly over Craven Park with the "Hull FC League Leaders' Shield Winners 2016" banner on it.

(Yes I know, I've set myself up nicely there.)

Top game this one and one I will be recording. I have posted this before but I do believe Huddersfield should not be in this position with the players they have. As for Hull KR you never really know which side turns up the team that won at Leeds or the Team that lost to Oldham.

IMO the decisive factor will be the fans, the 14th man for Hull sides. With the magnitude of the game and a full house the fans will lift the players by the scruff of the neck over the line

Hull KR by 4.

They have lunch time kick offs in football because of police nervousness... Maybe they have been tipped off about a Giants fans' rumble (tbh wasn't sure where to put the apostrophe there but assume there will be more than one)?

If you're talking about coaches, this may give you a clue...

Sponsored by Lady Luck no doubt.

You really are obsessed turning a Rovers topic into another chance to mention Hulls 36 years of hurt. With my number plate KR10 FC5 I knew it rankled but not as much as it obviously did for you.

Enjoy your big gate tomorrow, might match the 20k plus of The Derby!

Considering the way the gestapo, sorry rovers' humorless stewarding, carried on before with 100 giants fans i dread to think what awaits us this time, they have already warned us about having fun and it seems rovers are doing everything they can to prevent any kind of atmosphere from the giants fans, wouldn't want to drown their booing and whinging out now would we :)

As for the game, if we turn up with the right attitude we sty in super league, it's that simple, however, nothing is that simple where this Huddersfield team is concerned!

It may be stating the flaming obvious but Hudds need a solid start, something which they haven't achieved in many games this season, particularly away from home.

If Hudds 'sty in Superleague' then many of us will be like pigs in clover, not to say on crackling form on Saturday night. Snouts guaranteed though.

I would say that Hull KR are the more vulnerable of these two, if they were to end up in the MPG, so they need to win. I cant see Fartown losing at home in the MPG but I can see Rovers losing

Agree with that Lobby, but when reading I inadvertently read valuable instead of vulnerable, which got me thinking, who do the rest of SL clubs and supporters prefer to survive or put another way, which of the 3 SL clubs would they be least concerned if they were relegated.

In all seriousness, Hull FC could do with Hull KR avoiding the drop if possible, purely due to selfish financial reasons.

The gate receipts for the Hull v Hull KR fixture every season includes approximately £100K from the away fans.

The gate receipts for the Hull v Leigh fixture next season will probably include approximately £30K from the away fans at the most.

That's not a slight on Leigh and their fine supporters by the way, it's just geographical common sense.

Better than the £30 you'll get from Huddersfield fans

The sun is shining in East Hull....last nights result possibly helped!

Think Huddersfield favourites today but we will see. Fingers crossed for a Broncos 5th place, would make it easier for today's losers.

Early kick off a bit strange but ready to watch a Campese masterclass!

Seems Kelly will not play again for the Robins!
