The league format for 2014 going into 2015 will be confirmed (inc relegation/promotion details for end of 2014). My guess is 5 down, 1 up. Toulouse unlikely additions at this juncture? A large increase in funding seems likely for the Championship in effort to absorb the 2 relegated SL clubs into a competitive league. Funding for C1 probably much less appealing!
