  1. Looked like men against boys and when you consider the young kids littering the Hull team then that's why. Very pleased with their efforts tonight, some much more experienced Hull teams have been on the end of worse defeats. The penalty count must have ended up about 9-1 in favour of Saints and the first six again awarded to Hull was in the last ten minutes when the score was 52-0 so they were really up against it. I just hope that the kids don't lose heart and keep turning up for each other, there is some real talent there.
  2. Logan Moy gets hit in the air while attempting to catch the ball but no penalty?
  3. With Myler the Messiah at the helm the World is our oyster. Be afraid Saints' fans, be very afraid... Having said that, an adaptation of this scoreboard may be useful tonight :
  4. I remember those days. Back then, Doug Laughton signed losers like Jonathon Davies and Martin Offiah. I can easily see Richie Myler eclipsing those signings.
  5. https://www.hullfc.com/blog/2024/04/15/richie-myler-appointed-director-of-rugby/ Really, really unsure about this one but things can't get any worse at Hull FC...can they?
  6. How in God's name can you suggest that was out of context? She was commentating for the supposedly entirely unbiased BBC and was willing a Hull KR player to kick a goal that would give them an advantage against another team. Please tell me how that was anything other than bias.
  7. “Come on Mikey” says the female BBC commentator as Lewis goes for the conversion. FFS!
  8. So, if true and Richie Myler is the new DOR at Hull FC, what can we expect on the pitch? Hull players diving around and feigning injury?
  9. Adam Pearson is the "special guest" on Radio Blundersard from 6pm toneet. https://www.bbc.co.uk/sounds/play/live:bbc_radio_humberside Should be worth a listen...
  10. From the Facebook rumour mill : ”Mally Walker has bought Hull FC out, along with Nick Barmby, Scott Taylor and Murray who owns MKM. 2.65 mil total buy out including debt.....they have offered 3 nrl players a deal, one being Jackson hastings from Newcastle knights.. Announcement tonight. ” My word…if only!
  11. This game is the start of a possible 240 minutes of sheer terror for Hull FC supporters with the fear of losing the only thing that we can have a pop at our East Hull friends about! Leigh only have to look at the Good Friday Hull derby to realise that my shower actually managed to win the second half for some positivity. (Yes, we are that desperate!) But, as with the majority on here, I just can't see Hull KR losing at home. Leigh's only chance will be to get on the board with a couple of early scores first. Failure to do that may well see a fairly comprehensive home win. And a long agonising wait until the semi finals for me.
