  1. Keighley v Cornwall 971 Doncaster v York 1463 Widnes v Barrow 1758
  2. Skolars would be my preference. This is rugby league though. We'll have decided 14 clubs in SL or something before 2026 comes around.
  3. Decades of compounding. (And of course, owning an expensive house without a mortgage makes you 'wealthy' in asset terms but doesn't necessarily give you an income to pay your £20 to watch Dewsbury or whoever.)
  4. One of my favourite bands, never seen them live. Kinda impressive that I reckon the best 'rock' track of last few years was released by some sixty-something women. Hoping to go to the Leeds gig, but there's a good chance I won't be in the UK that week. Was supposed to see Irish fiddle/accordion player Sharon Shannon in Masham last month, but she cancelled due to illness. Was supposed to see Urban Folk Quartet over in Swaledale last week, but they cancelled due to illness, their banjo player Dan Walsh did a very good solo gig instead. English folk band Leveret up next for me. Piece Hall in Halifax has a bit of an all-star line-up this year?
  5. I could certainly get used to it, in rugby league and cricket at least
  6. Yes, would be madness to add an NCL club from a place that already has a pro club in the area - and I think that is all of the current members.
  7. The over-65s own over 90% of UK wealth. Obviously there's a huge inequality in how that wealth is spread out and plenty of pensioners who are not very well off at all, but overall pensioners are by.far the richest group in society.
  8. And back on topic, 35 507 for Broncos v Bunnies in Brisbane.
  9. It's a big increase in games for the L1 clubs. Very much hoping that Skolars will be in a position to rejoin in 2025.
  10. MIght it be registered/ tracked in some way? I'm assuming a Fev season ticket/ membership has some monetary value
  11. Assume it'll be a 22.5K sell out for Penrith vs Parra on Friday night.
  12. The Metrication Act was passed in 1965, well before the UK joined the EU.
  13. Some clubs (e.g Bradford last season) were counting the number of feet in the ground?
