I've often wondered that. Hasler got the Dogs to 2 GFs in 6 years and reached the finals in 3 other years and got punted. This was after he won a GF at Manly and was instantly punted. Yet Arthur has won nothing in 10 years at Parra, they've only reached the finals 4 times and he's still there.

In those games I would have got 0/2 but I would have been feeling quite confident at the 20-minute mark in both games.
