Eastern Rhinos were Ipswich Rhinos when I used to go down and watch them but a lot of the players were from Mersea RUFC in Essex so they moved to Essex. Always been a progressive club and I will watch with interest to see if they turn up at Myton. Might even drive over to Hull. Don't see why they shouldn't make the trip though as they one flew up to Scotland for a friendly.

Why don't more winter based teams enter as this competition is ran as a winter comp but allows all comers to enter. Take out the ncl based teams, 7 teams, plus widnes West Bank, summer nwml, great Clifton, Cumbrian summer league, and the 2 southern based teams which leaves 16 winter based clubs from the hull and Pennines leagues. Why is there so little interest from the teams from these leagues?

Just to clarify that the Wath Brow team that won today is the A team, this is the second season that the club has entered them in to the barla national cup, it gives a lot of the younger players good game time before the league season kicks off,

Don't  know.. U18s.16sand 14s play next week. They could make draw when results of these games are known.

Only 16 teams left in open age group,a kind draw at home and you start to fancy your chances.OSA entered 3 cups and drawn away in each one .so fingers crossed .I fancy Wath Brow A team at home
