Thank goodness Wigan played the Giants before they realised how good they are... 16 - 4 the latest (according to the BBC so probably wrong). A couple more weeks and Trinity and Cas could be looking nervously over their shoulders. Cue the Great Escape tune at Fartown...

Absolutely abysmal from the giants, handed the game to Widnes on a plate, too many stupid errors in our own half ever to win - I'd be amazed if we had 50% completion

If, as seems increasingly likely, Salford get their some or all their points back, we have 4 teams in the mix for 9th... Could get tasty. If so, the poor Refs can expect more stick than Mossop in the weeks to come...
