  1. 7 feek in hospital and counting.
  2. After seeing Ward walking across the field after the match last week with a ice pack on his leg, I could not imagine he would be in the squad this week.
  3. Well GMan that is obviously your opinion which you are entitled to. I have watched every Batley match this season and I assure you that Luke does not hide from the action, His performances this season have been second to none a regular in the top three of the ratings voted by Batley supporters in each match. He is twice the player we signed from Dewsbury. I prefer Luke to be in the second row but needs must and credit to him for his efforts regardless of which position he plays each week. Its difficult playing in a squad when you have to play even if you are only 60% fit. Until we get 17 fully fit players on the pitch we will not be at our best, Unlike Fev who probably have 2 squads of players that could hold there own in the Championship, I think after Sundays encounter Batley will be struggling even more to get 17 players.
  4. The income from easyfundraising since 2015 is 2015 £387.02 2016 £196.85 2017 £130.79 2018 £365.97 2019 £519.78 2020 £113.35 first 2 quarters Not great amounts but money for nothing
  5. BISSA have just got a cheque from Easy Fundraising for £156.53 a fantastic amount but it could be a lot more if supporters checked it the shop/company you are using are registered with easy fundraising. let's make it a bumper Christmas for BISSA and break through the £4,000 barrier (£3,609 at the moment)
  6. Superb night at the Ponderosa, a brilliant joint effort between BISSA and Batley Boys. We managed to get over the 150 line with great support from Paul Harrison. Besides the money raised for BISSA and Batley Boys £250 was raised for Archie Bruce with the auction of a Archie Bruce shirt. Good food, reasonable bar prices and a top class performance by Billy Pearce who gave a hour and 30 minutes of top class entertainment. The event was kept together superbly by Paul Halloran who compared the whole event. Special thanks to Simon Wilson who donated his £100 raffle prize to BISSA.
  7. Last chance to buy tickets to see Billy Pearce at the Ponderosa tonight. 5 short of our target of 150, tickets £30 + optional £5 in the envelope raffle and a couple of shirts to be auctioned. Looking forward to a excellent night
  8. "Double Donation Week" at Easy Fundraising this week 27th September to 3rd October at various outlets
