massive game for skolars and the credibility of the southern game on sunday

Am I right in saying that Skolars have never lost a league game away to Gloucs?

Couple of us are off to All Golds for the Skolars fixture.. It will be interesting to see how we react to last Saturday's loss to Doncaster at New River. Skolars to prevail, hopefully.

Serious question is 8th better than 9th?

Realistically 8th are unlikely to be promoted, 9th woukd be favourites to win £10,000 and a shiny shield.

If anyone is going to beat Toulouse it will be York i think. They might be a little complacent after Keighly.

Definitely the match of the week.

Toulouse won't be complacent but York have a great record against them so an upset may well be on the cards.

There's a few Knights players missing because they can't have time off work.

At least the weather will favour York. Today it's been up in the low 30°s but matchday it will be 10° cooler.

Tight first half due to errors on both sides but second half Toulouse were awesome, just like against Keighley. The line speed and passing was superb. No team would have coped with that.

Ref, Mr Straw had a cracking game and kept the game flowing to make the first half exciting. Impressed generally with the reffing in Championship 1 this season.

York played really well but were overrun by superior oppostion on the day. They tired and looked a bit deflated after Minga scored twice in the left corner in as many minutes early second half.

Great travelling support.

Brilliant travelling support yet again. Donny, Keighley and York folk put their hands in their pockets yet again to support their teams. The Keighley bunch must have been distraught after the rubbish performance but Donny and escpecially York fans can be mega proud of their team's acheivements albeit the defeats. Toulouse are a class act at this level and beyond so it's no disgrace being beaten by such a good side.

Lots of unsung heroes in the TO13 squad as in most clubs of course but players like Curran, White, Planas, Ader and Hulme etc etc are steady eddies who never seem to have a bad game. Houles must realise he's a lucky man !

Next up London who are a bit up and down it seems.
