Braydon Trindall will not play this weekend and is now being investigated by the NRL integrity unit after the Sharks five-eighth failed initial roadside alcohol and illicit drugs tests early on Monday morning. Trindall immediately reported the result of the tests to the club and will appear in court in May, with a secondary sample of the illicit drug test yet to be confirmed. It doesn't make any sense. When they're used to training and playing in the tropics it should give them an advantage when they come to Sydney on a mild sunny day. Maybe one of the reasons they finished 3rd in 2022 is because they only had 5 games in Sydney - they lost 3 of them.
