Simon Finnigan from Huddersfield Giants

The Vikings can today confirm the signing of Simon Finnigan, who returns to the club having previously donned the black and white shirt on 73 occasions between 2003 and 2005.

Should go well in the Championship, with an option for 2012 ( whichever League we are in )

Widnes - Cheshire's Original Glamour Club.

Quite happy with this signing. Showed some obvious weaknesses in his time with us at SL but it was a very poorly motivated side at the time, and ever since he seems to have been in better form. Hopefully he can fulfil the promise he showed when he first broke through our team. Welcome back Simon.

Don't you know how to spell Wakey?

SL Steve Prescott Man of Steel 2016 - Danny Houghton                 SL Top Gun 2016 - Marc Sneyd (83% goal success)

SL Hit Man 2016 - Danny Houghton (1,289 tackles)                        SL Club of the Year 2016 - Hull FC

SL Coach of the Year 2016 - Lee Radford                                        RL Challenge Cup Winners 2016 - Hull FC

All in all, not a bad year, I suppose...
