Fascinating interview - he has just broke down live on radio discussing his drink/drug problems

I still remember when we were all amateurs, working together for the good of the game - for no pay!!!

He needs to get help if that is the case.

A frank and honest account of his problems. Like Bobby said, the healing process has to come from within. Talking to others is important in order to ease the mental torture. Too many people bottle matters up which only increases the torment.

My eldest brother hung himself six years ago because he could never say how he really felt. Sadly, there are many more people in this world who continue to struggle through everyday living, without purpose or hope.

It is to be hoped that he gets the support from the right people, real friends, otherwise a Gazza-like future beckons.
