Hi Guys, Do all Clubs employ a Professional Physio ? and other than Match Days do the Individuals or the Club pay for any Treatment ?

We pay our physio to do two clinics through the week, and Saturdays. He doesn't get much, he's an ex player and does it to keep involved mainly. The Open age section picks up his match day payment and the cost of his clinics is split between the Open Age and the Junior sections of the club.

These guys are absolutely priceless for me. Having experienced a serious injury I can't stress how important the job they do can be.

I believe thatto have a young lady doin their Physio, pretty much same clinics through the week and match day. Not sure if she gets payed or not but must agree with beefy that these people are priceless and invaluable and give up their own valuable time to make sure there are 17 fit (ish) bodies on the field each week.

I could be wrong but is it mandatory that the NCL sides have a fully qualifies Physio as well as a 1st aider at each game???
