Catalan Dragons have been fined £1,000 for a breach of RFL Operational Rules by questioning the integrity of the sport’s disciplinary process following the suspension of player Zeb Taia for three matches for a reckless shoulder charge in a Super League Round 23 fixture against St Helens on Saturday August 3.

That smacks of censorship...  Can't a club ask questions as to how one player gets a 3 match ban yet another doesn't even get penalised without having to fork out a grand for the privilege?

They should ask through the correct channels - not whining about it in public. Something which is becoming incredibly common from them nowadays.

Yes, they can ask. But not in the way they did. It drags the image if the sport down the way they did.

If they continue to perceive injustice maybe they will go back to the French league? With them and London gone many would love it. The games I have seen they do seem to get a raw deal from officials

Any chance of a fine for Hull FC's players under the trade's description act after last night?

SL Steve Prescott Man of Steel 2016 - Danny Houghton                 SL Top Gun 2016 - Marc Sneyd (83% goal success)

SL Hit Man 2016 - Danny Houghton (1,289 tackles)                        SL Club of the Year 2016 - Hull FC

SL Coach of the Year 2016 - Lee Radford                                        RL Challenge Cup Winners 2016 - Hull FC

All in all, not a bad year, I suppose...

Wouldn't the performance have to be describable though?

Impersonating a RL team in a built up area? (ie their tryline)

You can't throw me to the lions - I'm Charlton Heston!
