A magnificent kicking performance from scrum-half Shaun Johnson helped Group B leaders and defending champions New Zealand to a comprehensive victory.

Johnson kicked eight goals from eight attempts and scooted in for two tries – both from breaks from inspirational hooker Isaac Luke.

The Kiwis lead 18-0 at the break thanks to tries from Krisnan Inu, Bryson Goodwin and Frank-Paul Nuuausala.

Greg Eastwood and Nuuausala scored late on with the Kiwis also scoring right on the final whistle with a try from Roger Tuivasa-Sheck, Johnson duly adding the touchline conversion.
