Ben Westwood of Warrington Wolves was suspended for three matches and fined £300 after being found guilty of making a Grade D dangerous throw on Wakefield player Scott Anderson in the fourth minute of the same match. Westwood pleaded not guilty.

Earlier in the day, Flynn was suspended for two matches after submitting an Early Guilty Plea to Grade C sustained punching on Carney in the same incident.

The independent disciplinary tribunal also handed down a three-match suspension to Steve Maden of Leigh Centurions after finding him guilty of Grade C running in and punching in the 64th minute of an under-20s fixture against Featherstone Rovers on May 14.
