Veivers pens new deal with Workington Town

Phil Veivers has penned a new 12-month contract to remain as Workington Town coach in 2015.

Veivers has overseen a remarkable transformation at Town, who were languishing in the relegation zone when he took over earlier in the season. A mid-season revival has seen them win eight out of their last nine games to haul themselves away from the drop zone, and guarantee safety in the Kingstone Press Championship for next season.
