With parallels with the Challenge Cup semi finals and just to show its not just RL fans that are bothered about attendances:3 points

It didn't feel very glorious swearing at S4C when we almost went 3-1 down whilst Flint were ahead at Pontypridd!2 points

I bought this show on audio cassette years ago. Until fairly recently, I had no idea it was also filmed. Warning: this is a fair bit more NSFW than Sir Les' more familiar TV material.2 points

Wherever they play, do you think they just need to be settled in one place for a few years now? Was looking at a couple of pictures from their win today though and I don't think they were at Plough Lane were they? I thought all their games were meant to be there now?1 point

Well done Hull fans- just hope Smith is given plenty of time to reshape the club - Hull FC are potentially the biggest club in SL so would be great if they can turn it around.1 point

That’s a good attendance given the rubbish Hull have dished up recently.& makes you wonder what crowds they could attract with a good team playing attractive rugby & winning consistently.1 point

Good ****ing grief "How poor our form has been" Is that how fickle Saints fans are???? You've won 4 titles on a row and the WCC in Australia within the last few months ...I can understand if it was 5 years of winning nothing but...... Strewth1 point

Woolacombe looks spectacularly tough. I ran Watermead yesterday. It got briefed as a PB course. No PB, but first time I broke 60% average so a good day for me.1 point

Just done Leg 2 of the Bob Graham Round (Threkeld to Dunmail Raise via Helvellyn) as it’s part of the Lakes in a Day race I am doing in October. 4hrs 55mins in total with a moving time to 3hrs 45mins. 14 miles with just shy of 1900m altitude gain/decent… … stupid idea. Calves are now in lots of pain!1 point

He always looked the more likely. Garcia was getting back into it a bit, but you always felt like Davis was able to take his shots easy enough and at some point was going to catch him clean. I must say DAZN works well for me over here. No more having to record it. Just wake up and log onto my phone a bit like Netflix.1 point

Maybe too soon to judge if Wimbledon is the place or not? They've moved around so much what's needed is surely years in the same location, lay roots etc.1 point

Wembley magic has fallen off a cliff all round Arsenal and Spurs are far better venues and Everton looks like being a fantastic new stadium. Someone mentioned Broncos crowds just now 1000 average is cuckoville i was there last week 400 i would say and around 80/100 from Featherstone Rovers (Wimbledon is not the place) French Cup final was always second to the championship final but used to average 8/10000 championship final will be interesting in Narbonne at the end of May 15 years ago it was around 12/13000 if its 10000 this year will be good. Rather than start a new thread I thought I'd put this one here. It's the proposed new rules that are being trialled. Tackles below the armpit I fully understand, but the kick off taken ten metres further forward seems a bit strange. The idea being to reduce the impact of the players bringing the ball forward. Well, as someone on the main board said players are at full speed within 20 metres anyway. There is one thing, however, and that is a change of tactics. If you are kicking off ten metres further forward then it makes a short kick off more advantageous. Therefore changing the game significantly. Any thoughts?1 point

Pulling it back to the more general rise of AI stories, it's a fantastic marketing campaign for all these companies promising the world to other companies managed by dum dums who want to get rid of staff.1 point

I was about to post similar, I think proving a point and admitting how you did it and refusing the prize could hardly be classed as being a cheat.1 point
