York's stadium saga lasted a good 20 years, but we got there in the end. These things need a lot of luck with timing. I supported Wakefield's application on the WMDC planning portal anyway, every little helps.

On a related note... York City Knights are eagerly planning for life in Kingstone Press Championship One next season with assurances from the RFL that there will be a route in to Super League 2 for next years Championship One Champions.

I also like how he moaned about the good ticket sales only being in small venues, then moaned about taking games to large venues like Cardiff and Wembley as it will be too expensive for northern fans. Good that.

Really not sure why there is so much drama over being on one of the most watched TV channels in the UK, right before one of the most watched TV programmes in the UK. Everybody has an EPG on their TV these days, and BBC2 is on page 1 of all of them. Of course, if it was also on during prime time, everybody would be moaning about the late kick off...

You do realise it was the Superleague clubs that voted for this, not The RFL or the Championship clubs, don't you?

So? With P&R back they will soon return to their rightful level.
