I remember many years ago that we decided to raise funds for the Rovers. The task was to run round the Rovers ground and then the big cricket field. We had to do it twice around five miles. Bob and three others were running just in front of me and we all finished together. He and I were panting but we made it and he shook my hand. We had a good relationship and he was a very good supporter and organiser . All the positionsa he took he was a success. Fond memories from the past. I am approaching 89 and we were roughly the same age. RIP BOB> FOND MEDMORIES.

MOM TOTALS after Castleford game:
Lacans 3, Day 2, Koppy 1, Dean 1. I will continue after the HKR game.

It is now Friday and no votes since late Tuesday so I am closing this match voting down. The winner is Lacans with 40, Day second with 30 and two at third, Koppy and Dean with 8 each. So onto the MOM totals and we have Lacans 3, Day 2 and Koppy and Dean 1 each.

Just read the match summary in RL Express. Seemed biased towards Castleford. When is the friendly against Wakefield?Any idea of the crowd size for the Castleford game?

At 11.15pm we have the leaders moving further away. Lacans 31, Day 22, nobody else in sight. Koppy and Dean have 6, Davies 5, Wildie 4,Cozza 3 and Hankinson 1.

That's probably your lot, I can't see the club publishing more than the statutory requirements require.
