    v Halifax.

It was the effort and determination that was on show today which had been missing this season. Also game management when we went 16-12 up was excellent. It is how we will have to play going forwards. Shout out for Ryan Johnston today thought he was brilliant but the whole team finally gelled. Well done to the coaching staff as well they must've worked wonders this week.

We fans are only expressing an opinion on the games we have seen so far and quite frankly we have been very very poor in attack with no speed or creativity and the new forwards we have brought in have not performed well at all (except Jack Wells). I express an opinion when I can see issues and am worried this team are in the mentality of being beaten before we even get on the bus as per the last time we were in the Championship pre covid

I totally agree Carl has been the biggest miss

Not a cat in hells chance of beating Halifax on Sunday...we haven't got the personnel to do it at present

We have been awful all season so no change. Our recruitment on paper was good but its proved to be woeful. Really big issues to sort to turn this around if we go down we are buggered
  6. We have no pace in the backs ( Bulman aside) and the new forwards are no better than the locals we already had. That big red panic button needs pressed
  7. We recruited conservatively whereas other clubs recruited very very well thereby lies the issues
  8. Sammut doesn't look happy or particularly interested ... I think he was shocked nobody came in for him after that tweet about availabilty late last year and signed back on as a last resort

out enthused, outplayed and poor again this week...very worrying. The backs have no pace going forward and are poor defending. Cresta has a lot of work to do to stop the rot here. We are back to the Barrow of earlier Championship campaigns and seem to have taken a massive step backwards
  10. We carry on like that and we will be in the mix for relegation... really really bad performance and Toally had a mare
  11. Not Barrows fault if Haven can't balance the books...all the money Sellafield have pumped in as well...never mind ....hope you manage to stay up tho
  12. Talk about pessimistic... jesus
  13. I didn't mention Ryan in my post above, because I'm assuming he may be required to play centre?
  14. we do need a winger but we have young Luke Broadbent who could play there ... I know his position is really Full Back but Cressy was used on the wing when he 1st signed and we had Ryan Fieldhouse as the 1st choice FB.
  15. brilliant news about Anton right up there for player of the season for me last year ...
  16. oh yeah I forgot about Ben .... hopefully we should be ok in the forwards
  17. We did really well at the end of last season for the last half dozen games or so without Fozzie so even tho hes a massive loss we will do ok with Burke and Wells coming in ... another experienced prop would be great tho and im sure Cresta and the board are on it
  18. just because Bennison is getting the no5 jersey doesn't mean Tee isn't going there
  19. Cheers for all the efforts over the last 7 years buddy...good luck
  20. If he lost some timber he would be a good asset
  21. brilliant home kit away is ok buy shouldve had a white Vee as well
  22. Hope we have some of the forwards back for Sunday???
  23. Brilliant season well done to everyone at the club
  24. Wheeler was starting to live up to the hype but he's too injury prone and Hulme was struggling with working hours so should be let go
  25. Ellis Gillam has been epic this season ...a walk in in the team
