Indeed. The trouble is that there are elements in the media that aren't bothered about that - only the the partial truth that agrees with their own view of the world.

On a statistical note - attendances on Good Friday 2019 were 79173, this year 62529.

I'll say HKR by 4 as they're the home side, but haven't a clue really.

To drag this back on topic, the Crusaders attendance was 590 not 690.

Given the weird 5.30 pm Saturday ko, I'd be overjoyed if the Cru got 500 in.

Which sadly shows the state of the pro game in London now. Back in the mid eighties we even had enough interest to hire a coach for a meaningless end season mid week game at Carlisle.

Something we now have to factor in with visiting support is the soaring cost of petrol and diesel which has now gone through the £7 a gallon barrier and is forecast to get much higher. With soaring cost of gas and electricity supporters are going to think twice about following their teams over the Pennines or to Cumbria and for some even shorter trips will be difficult.
