Picked up an original mono copy of Geno Washington and The Ram Jam Band's Hand Clappin' Foot Stompin' Funky - Butt ... live the other day from my favourite 2nd handshop. Cracking album in excellent condition too.
Ramones ... Beat On The Brat... Just returned from New York I went on a guided tour to find that CBGB's is now a very hip restaurant, they have named a street after Joey but such a shame to see such a historic place disappear.
Steve Earle and The Dukes... Shut Up And Die Like An Aviator. Excellent live album which I've had in CD for years. Managed to pick up a vinyl copy from Discogs.
It was a really good one, he started playing in clubs when he was 7, as you said the Jazzers didn't take to him in because he used to sing aswell but he did play on some Miles Davis records early on so you would of thought if he was good enough for him.
