Afternoon, Little history of our little YouTube show, https://youtube.com/channel/UCkfchHdQicJNe5KtThfWZlw , started in early 2021 with DHM media, studio, kit, etc, we had 1.8k followers when DHM directors split up the company into parts, they do films, cage fighting etc. They gave the Rugby show to me and Keith Hyland , this is great for our own control but we are starting again with a new YouTube channel and kit etc. So we would really appreciate if you could subscribe to help us get back up to pre split numbers. Indeed, some very good posts on this thread, interesting reading. We did a show on the disciplinary process, we need to upload it to the new YouTube channel . I fans view will change with their teams position. 1. If it's a close game, likely to win then please don't send off, keep players on the pitch and deal with afterwards, fans haven't come to watch the ref, stop handing out cards ! 2. Our teams getting beat, may as well send him off so he doesn't miss the next two games. It's also seen as proof the ref was wrong, nothing happened in the night but then they got a ban, so the ref missed it. It's not the gotcha moment many think it is, it's a reaction to the early season furore to strong disciplined approach.

Yeh 14 is scholarship and about half of those for to academy normally. So 20 per year per team on average. Dropping by half at 16. Still the actual recruitment is done at 13/14

Great post Impressive figures from Saints, but they are not the norm. They along with a couple of others effectively get the first draft of ,14 year olds each year. If your the 4th or ,5th draft you won't get the same returns

Imports, lower league, direct from amateur, Uni, and academy's. Now majority may be academy's but Walmsley for example never played for an academy. Matty Ashurst from Rochdale etc
