Since he made the step up from the amateur game Tom became a very solid player for us,we are blessed to have so many local lads pulling on the shirt and doing us proud year after year. Tom also gained International honours for Wales,well done Tom and best of luck in your future

At least the Raiders have tried to help solve the problem which is reflected in the suspended fine,do we know how long this fine is suspended for? I can see next seasons fixture if it is played having to have some kind of police/security presence, which will probably not come cheap. I feel sorry for Havens small board of directors having to deal with this from the behaviour of some of their so called fans.

I tend to agree some kind of measures need putting in place for next time they arrive on their big day out. I do not see why the well behaved fan base should be affected by it though,difficult one

A time to stick together I think,not a time to start slagging people off. True support would get behind the club

I liked both your halves,especially Keyes who caused no end of problems for us defensively especially in the first half.Good sized pack too who I thought would be difficult to handle on the heavy pitch. Barrow stayed in the game even though they still made some bad errors and finished strong,Fax withered badly towards the end. I could see how you beat Fev though,looked a well rounded side to me

Stop flapping about the pitch,come the warmer weather it will be lush as always

I thought that Toulouse were very good today,hats off to them on a great performance. Wasn’t our greatest performance but early days and plenty of time to put it right.

All the best to Batley next week against Leigh,consistently good championship team without a big budget who punch well above their weight. Hope all their fans enjoyed today,we’ll be back next season

I couldn’t have put it better myself,really proud of the club and the squad assembled.Coached by people who have the club at heart,especially proud of the local lads who have played and hope it inspires other local lads and local coaches to keep feeding players into the club

There is no doubt a lot of clubs can learn from following the Raiders blue print. I just hope the blinkered people at the RFL give them some credit for all the hard work that has obviously gone in off the pitch.

Maybe the header needs changing to “The pursuit for 4th”,who would have thought we would be competing for a home playoff game at this stage. York bumped us back down to 6th last night with a good win over Sheffield,but we can sneak into 4th with a win over Newcastle today. Batley play their derby match on Monday night against Dewsbury. Tough game today but Up the Raiders!

I still feel that we need to be at our best and we need Fev to have an off day to win. But pressure is off and we know the lads will give it their best shot Up the Shipbuilders!
