Can you explain the background behind this to non Bradfrod fans please as it seems like some kind of in house gag?

When i asked our CEO about this rumour yesterday he told me that i had told him something new, he hasn't even heard the rumour and laughed it off, but also said it's Ian Watson who signs players so who knows.

Indeed. -
Not quite, no although it probably would have tasted the same.

We had bottles and pints of warm, yellow liquid thrown at us at Craven Park around the same time, even now there's always a few numpties appear when they lose or are losing.

Our end of season form has seen us pick up wins, the Cup final defeat was a huge mental blow to us as a team and club, i don't think we've played well or recovered from that at all this year, plus we were beaten by a far better side on the day, i doubt any Fartowner will argue against that, i was praising Salford and being critical of my own team.

We visited Salses Xiii a few years back while over in Perpignan, we were given a fantastic welcome, firstly from the mayor in the village centre - free food and beer, then at the ground. It's a fantastic little club and it seemed the entire village turnout to support them. -
Yep, it's an amazing experience, an amazing city - do it! Last night was a case of they were angry and upset, i've been many times and had nothing but positives every time.

I'll tell you what - this Salford side are up there as good and as entertaining as any team i've seen in 35 years, they are exactly the sort of side and the brand of Rugby i want to see be crowned champions, they are a joy to watch despite twice in recent weeks doing that to us!! We were pathetic today, absolutely pathetic, we could have had 20 men on the field and still wouldn't have looked like scoring out there. Awful, slow, 1 man rugby or passing to the next guy in the line who were all stood still, missed tackles, lazy efforts, ill discipline, there was no graft, no urgency, seemingly no will to fight back. We never once ran fast like they did, we ambled/jogged forward with the ball, we didn't run through tacklers like they did, we didn't offload like they did in fact we did nothing, zilch all game. I am so disappointed that a season that offered hope to us Fartowners fizzled out with a nilling at home where we have been so dominant all year. Salford ran hard, fast and with purpose, they tore holes in our usual solid middle time and again and threw the ball around and had us on the back foot all afternoon, their support was terrific and noisy, where the hell do they all go on a home matchday though?. They and Rowley deserve every accolade they get between now and the end of the season, they are a superb team. Congratulations and good luck to them, back to the drawing board for us!

Unless it's changed all players registered for the reserves had to be contracted on a basic MW, not sure if that has changed but if not it wasn't cheap at all hence why clubs sent players out on loan and DR.

He's on the Leeds chartered plane, he will have the front window seat after that, Catalan lost it but by heck they were the victims of some really bad calls i thought, the players have to take responsibility for creating that mess though but i think Catalans ill discipline actually stemmed from frustration. Leeds, and Bentley knew which buttons to press and rang the bell!

Reyt lock this and lets get on with cheering catalans on
