  1. It is scheduled in the upcoming matches w/o a price tag. I‘d assume it is included in the annual subscription like the WCC.
  2. FAQs: 1.5 How Soon After Live Broadcast Are Live Events Available on Demand? Live match replays will be made available to watch on demand after the conclusion of a live stream. There may sometimes be technical delays when making footage available to watch back.
  3. Thanks. A bit unfortunate. Watchnrl as reference do better in that regard.
  4. Does anyone know when games will be available on demand? WCC still not available. Neither is Huddersfield v St Helens.
  5. Seems like no one here played Rugby League Live on Playstation. RatM provided the theme song for RLL3 called bassline. So they have at least a relation to the sport.
  6. The commercial success of streaming depends on (i) content (no. of games streamed live and on demand, shows, highlights of each games, etc), (ii) in which countries it can be streamed (UK, EU, US, AUS, NZ, SA, etc), (iii) pricing, and (iv) App quality/availability on devices (Apple TV, Amazon TV, Android TV, WebOS). Comparing our league app to watchNRL or other apps it is fair to say that our league app is not up to standard and in need of an update.
  7. SL should look at URC streaming app too. I read somewhere they got good subscription figures. And it is priced likewise
  8. I think it is available in countries w/o broadcast deals only - like the EU. Every NRL/SOO match including womens live and on demand w/o any commercial breaks. Just great value and to be fair the only option to watch RL legally.
  9. For reference: watchnrl is 150 EUR the season including SOO, Internationals, and shows
  10. As I can't head to the UK I have 4 tickets for sale. Tickets are category B (adults) section N1404 seats in a row. Asking Price for all together GBP 150. PM me if interested. I'll send the pdf tickets per email or assign tickets on RLWC website.
  11. If Samoa can replicate NZ’s performance from yesterday it‘ll be a close game. Samoa has all the ingredients: Sheer power and strengths, handling skills, kicking game, mentality
  12. As a standout, this game had as - tension, emotion and passion - the way rugby league should be. The opening game at Newvastle did England no favours. You got the feeling that the boys were already mentally in the final and only realised too late in the last 15-20 minutes that it could be close; and then there were an unexpected number of mistakes. Whitehead for me the best English player. Basically, it's alarming when England don't qualify for the final without playing anyone in the top 3. For me, a turning point. The arrogance so far of not playing any other nation except Australia or New Zealand is having an effect. While Australia invests in the entire Pacific region and thus strengthens nations like Samoa, Tonga, Fiji, England does nothing in the NH. Investment in Wales, Scotland, Ireland not there. Development Officer there - dropped. Test matches with France - nope. French, Welsh, Scottisch, Irish Teams in SL... nah... In a few years England will be happy to have reached a semi-final. I hope IMG can change a bit
  13. I see the matter in a more differentiated way. For example, I took a week's holiday and drove from continental Europe to the UK with my wife and three children. In total 3,000km, 9 nights, 7 games. Certainly, the economic situation in the north of England may be critical, as I was told by many people I spoke to, but other sports get the stadiums full. Pricing may have played a role, but it is only partly the cause. For me, there were far too few neutrals in the stadiums (Newcastle being an exception). To an outsider it looked as if the organisers had done no marketing at all to increase the reach of the RLWC. The cities where the games were played did not do anything either. At the stadiums themselves, with the exception of a few, there was nothing going on; no event programme, no fan zone, no entertainment, no beer tents. You might as well have thought you were going to a Tier 3 football match. I was in the cities, pubs and stadiums and never had the feeling that there was a World Cup going on. The lack of atmosphere and the ignorance that a World Cup is taking place are homemade and also causal.
  14. I agree. Add a few heritage players to serbia, let’s participate them in the WC instead Scotland and it might do wonders for Serbia and the serbian domestic scene and the whole RL world.
