We were basically up against a championship team, the pack especially, 2 or 3 of them were playing SL recently. They are also very well coached with excellent discipline, their first mistake was about 32 minutes in. I thought before the game we would be lucky to get within 30 if them, and they would be going all season unbeaten. Now I`m certain they will.

Then playing him in their "Ladies day" game, not a good look. They havent once condoned his actions, just keep doing the old "lets draw a line under it and move on" hoping everyone just forgets about it. I know of quite a few fans who wont be going this season if hes at the club.

I think he's one of the most talented players of his generation, unfortunately he's also wasting quite a lot of that talent and will likely be remembered for that.

It's always a strange one that kind of thing by Smith, he's blatantly playing for the ball, but he doesn't get it and does impede the attacking player. Think the ref got it right, but I would understand if he did penalise Smith also.

Tighten up goal line defence, tighten up discipline and we have a chance against anyone in this league. Haven and Barra didnt open us up really, very few gaps in their half or ours, it was mainly goal line tries and taking advantage of a size difference from the bench.

Yah theres definitely nowhere near as many breaks in play. But things like a try scored I`ll flick over, an injury I`ll flick over. I get thats not for everyone, but its great to have the option now for me.

Thoroughly enjoying it, I'm flicking between games when there's a lull in one of them, even sometimes having one "open" on the guide. I quite like the red zone programme on sky for the NRL which has all the games action at once, I'd love this kind of thing for the RL.
