Social media are cutting their own throats.
From largely being irresponsible to generally in panic mode is a short route when free speech means "I can say anything and it doesn't matter cos no one checks!"
All it means is Daily Mail World is here.

Playing my all time favourite instrumental last night. " Pipeline " by The Chantays.
When I think about liking music I rarely reminisce and although there are some that evoke the past more than others it's still mostly a case for "life is too short for boring music" and "a life without music is a mistake and a mis-tale badly told not unlike going to the grave without TGG really! My wife was watching a cooking programme from Aunty and it was a tale of kissing bottoms of ru yet again so I went straight to the earphones on the laptop for, among others:
Plus some NRL footy from the season past ..... T'interweb is a wonderful remedy for the beeb's shenanigans.

should be thrashed for that abomination of a recording of a wonderful song, with the heavy doctoring of the voices squeezing any emotion out of the performance and ending up with a robotic melange. Truly ghastly stuff. Sadly, this approach to manipulating vocal performances in recording is proliferating. Perhaps it sounds 'good' on phones.
But other than that it was great wasn't it?

Sydney Bechet and Woody Allen films nothing better.
Same goes for this ....

Plus one that might've been better on the paradise papers, lovely Tories, NHS threads .....

Terrible heritage singer shouldn't be allowed, they really need to change those international rules. Brings singing into disrepute and makes music a laughing stock!

Ni le bien qu'on m'a fait, ni le mal
Tout ça m'est bien égal
Non, rien de rien, non, je ne regrette rien
C'est payé, balayé, oublié, je me fous du passé " -
To be honest I wasn't sure whether this should be on this thread, the paradise papers one or something about the X-Factor.
But Roy Harper playing it grand and giving it large with pensioners of rock is always worth a reprise.
