HI Steve, sorry to hear of your family illness With regard to attendances, I have sent a few mailbags to LE regarding this attendance issue, and why do the RFL not do anything about it. Is there ulterior motives in not releasing these figures, (to do with tax, VAT etc)?? Compilers of statistics must be tearing their hair out. Ian

Why do we support the Rovers. For games like this. 60 nil games against lower clubs is good for the 2 points but where is the true excitement. well today we had it in bags full, true blood and guts performance against the odds, full of old fashion winter rugby We were out on our feet with 20 minutes to go but we did it. The run up the hill by GG with mud on his boots was some finish.. A big club in the next draw will did out finances some good, and you never know at home with it p--sing it down , who knows with a spirit like this in the camp. Again, well done lads,. !!!!

Would it have been £20 if we had drawn a less fancied lower level team, (on paper anyway.) -

I think the club has made a big ticket price mistake with requiring OAP s to pay full price for their entry ie £20 -

I am wondering now if I have done the right thing and bought a season ticket. I have supported Rovers all my life and seen some bad seasons, but I just wonder if this is going to be another one , as I see it more problems just mounting up. No number 6, no goal kicker, no captain. My trips away are going to be well down, and next season I shall not be renewing my S.T. But I can then pick & choose when to watch a match. Not opting out just being more careful with my hard earned pension.

Is there any surprise that the players are looking into strike action. Not just the severity of the 6 games , but he will lose 6 weeks pay and expected to pay £500 which is no small amount for a player just starting out. If it was me I would say goodbye rugby league and to h=ll with the whole rotten business.

Its not the contact laws they are complaining about, but the Panel over zealous reaction.
