What date is next game? York site says Sunday 7th April. RFL site says Saturday 6th April.

Pretty sure it was one entrance and sit where you like last year for the preseason game but I'm going to buy tickets in block E3 as that's where the majority of Knights fans were gathered last time.
Just bought 4 tickets for E3 block.

Most points for a single game for a Wakey player. Calm down.
Not as good as a York player was though for scoring points
-
I see the Yorkshire Post have stated that Lino for Wakey has set a record for the most points in a single game with 38. Shame they can't remember Chris Thorman scoring 54 in the Challenge Cup in the record breaking 132-0 win in March 2011...

I see Pauli Pauli has a one match ban for dangerous tackle already... Also Paul Sykes given a 2 match ban so I assume he will miss our game at Dewsbury

KO at 2pm and live on the Sportsman according to RFL

Maybe it's because we have an Australian owner at York

I think it’s great that ticket sales have gone up but don’t understand the secrecy surrounding the amount.
Well we never get told the attendance at matches either, so nothing different.

Well I'm 2024 season ticket member number 1285 if that's any indication.

Flight times not great from what I can see so far

Good point, maybe one of the rumoured Australians. Extra points on IMG for youtube sign ups as well.
Heard it's Tom Lineham

Missing extra wingers and centres at the moment. Forwards seem more or less sorted.

Does any club below SL, or even those in SL, file complete accounts or do they all count as small companies? (Genuine question - I don't know the answer.) If not then the finance criteria will cause us all to scratch our heads as there is very little actual information available, unless you are a shareholder.
Just look up Bradford Bulls (2017) at Companies House for their balance sheet and notes to the accounts. Not great for 2022 when they came 9th...

Cheers, I thought everything had been transferred to the new company when Wood and co took over. Not much chance of them borrowing the money to buy back the Odsal lease by the looks......
No they had to take over the existing company or be relegated again due to liquidation. Just refinanced it with bank loans.

Their (BBBBB Ltd) accounts filed with Companies House tell very little (well to be honest nothing) about the state of their finances. The 3 sets filed since incorporation, in a remarkable case of coincidence, contain exactly the same numbers.
You need to look at Bradford Bulls (2017). BBBBB Limited are just the shareholders so irrelevant finance wise.

Unfortunately Mick, there is no "Is your ground a dump?" grading in the IMG grading handbook The ground gradings are all about corporate and broadcasting facilities, so Oldslum don't lose out.
They will probably do well in terms of their "Fandom" reach, and on "Community" too - the gradings for Foundations are done on turnover/size quite crudely, and I imagine the Bulls' Foundation falls into the top foundation bracket in terms of income.
I agree that their balance sheet must have been an outstanding example of the accountant's art, but undoubtedly their total turnover (which is scored under IMG) will be bigger than York's.
Their turnover is obviously higher but so are their losses.

The fine-grained detail on the rankings is apparently for the clubs to choose to disclose or not - RFL are not doing it.
There is a strong case for more to be disclosed, if only to head off the wild accusations and conspiracy theories that have started circulating today.
Can't understand why Bradford are 2 points above us for the past 2 years apart from fan base. They came 9th in 2022 and made a loss of about £250k, have borrowings of about £1M and their stadium and pitch is nothing compared to ours. They have not been in SL for years due to past history. Even there women's team is in SL2. Maybe they get bonus points because Nobby and Wood are involved????

Knights placed 17th with 10.05 points.
10th Toulouse
11th Wakefield
12th Leigh
13th Castleford
14th Bradford
15th Featherstone
16th Widnes
17th York
Interesting - lots of controversy already!
Is there anyway to find out what we actually scored in each of the five categories?

One of best supported clubs outside SL
Have a elite academy and run a team at every level.
That's probably the difference between Bulls and other clubs.
Don't think academies count as they are awarded by the RFL so not fair to include them as not a fair playing field with other championship clubs. As for finances, your 2022 balance sheet is frightening, despite money in the bank funded by huge loans.

You can add Josh Daley now too...

What's the average for just the championship ignoring summer bash?
