Futtocks, is this about the controversial Cook Islands try? Because, if it is, I think it's perfectly reasonable for Rugby League fans to comment on a controversial decision in a televised Rugby League game. Especially when the game stops and we see seemingly endless replays of it. So, for a couple of minutes, our attention isn't directly on the game and we can return to being keyboard warriors on here. (Plus, for me at least, the love for PNG exceeds any definition of rationality) If it's not about that try? Sorry, carry on.

I'm struggling to articulate my dislike of Jon Wilkin as a half-time commentator. Shouting "shut up" at the TV isn't enough.

Derek definitely needs to re-read things before he posts them. Or get someone else to read them. Because what he posts doesn't come across as anywhere near professional. And that reflects on Leigh RLFC. And it reflects on the sport as a whole.

I wouldn't want an English referee either. Because I don't trust them: they'll "show their neutrality" by continuously favouring Australia. I want a neutral referee. Pity there aren't any French ones.

England v Australia: Aussie referee, Aussie VR. It's like it's written in stone.

Good game. Shows we should have more faith in France. One thing regarding England, we're not going to get any marginal decisions (unlike today) if and when we play the Aussies. Because they'll demand their very own "pet" referee.

I think this will blow out in our favour in the second-half. But who still thinks mid-season tests against the French are a pointless exercise right now?
